Advancing Cyber Resilience in Malaysia: Vigilant Asia at CYDES 2025

Vigilant Asia was proud to participate in The Cyber Defence & Security Exhibition and Conference (CYDES) 2025 at Putrajaya. With over 8,000 delegates from more than 27 nations, CYDES was a unique platform for global leaders in cybersecurity, policy, and innovation, and we were honoured to be part of the conversations shaping the future of Malaysia's cybersecurity landscape.

With the theme being "Advancing Cyber Resilience", we showcased our expertise in Penetration Testing, Mobile Security, Managed Detection & Response (MDR), and Security Assessment Services, alongside our flagship CREST-accredited Security Operations Centre (SOC).

Beyond the exhibition floor, CYDES featured a series of high-level forums and expert-led discussions addressing Malaysia’s Cyber Security Strategy 2025–2030 and the Malaysia Cybersecurity Act 2024. These sessions provided valuable insights into national priorities, regulatory compliance, and the collaborative efforts required between government, industry, and private sectors to strengthen the nation’s cyber resilience.

Watch Ir. Dr. Megat Zuhairy Megat Tajuddin, Chief Executive of the National Cyber Security Agency (NACSA), Malaysia, National Security Council (NSC) launch the Malaysia Cyber Security Strategy (MCSS) 2025–2030 at CYDES 2025 below:
The message from CYDES 2025 was clear: cyber threats are growing in scale and sophistication. Vigilant Asia will continue to invest in innovation, expand our threat intelligence capabilities, and provide solutions that help Malaysian organisations stay ahead of attackers.
